Ben Auld
Non-Executive Chairman
Ben is a Mining Engineer and Fellow of AusIMM (FAIM) with 30 years across technical mining, project development and capital markets. He co-founded Mining Plus in 2006 and grew it as Managing Director from a two-person Perth consultancy into an international mining consultancy.
He has also co-founded several exploration ventures, including Fulcrum Resources (Big Bell, Great Fingal), Auricup Resources (Rothsay) and Barton Resources (Challenger, Tarcoola), and is co-founder and Director of Tribar Capital, a private investment firm focused on resources and property. Ben brings Parbo deep operational expertise, an entrepreneurial track record and a three-decade network across Australian mining.

Tim Campbell
Chief Executive Officer
Tim graduated in Mineral Exploration & Mining Geology at the Western Australian School of Mines and has built his career across a range of commodities and disciplines, including technical geology roles, health, safety and emergency services, and project and mine management.

Neil Rose
Non-Executive Director
Neil is a Chartered Accountant with a strong track record across the commercial property and natural resources sectors. He specialises in originating, structuring and executing investments across resource and property assets, with a focus on structured debt and private capital. He is a Director of Tribar Capital and Founder and former Board Member of Barton Gold.

Peter Langworthy
Non-Executive Director
Peter is an accomplished geologist and mining executive with a career spanning nearly 40 years in mineral exploration and project development in Australia and internationally, including board and senior management roles with Capricorn Metals, Strickland Metals, Gateway Mining, Northern Star and Jubilee Mines.

Jordan Griffiths
Exploration Manager
Jordan graduated in Geology at the Royal School of Mines. He is an experienced geologist with strong skills in both academic research and practical application, having worked across Africa, Australia and Europe — from greenfields reconnaissance mapping through to feasibility studies, with a focus on making discoveries.

James Bahen
Company Secretary
James is a Director and equity partner of SmallCap Corporate. He is a non-executive director and company secretary to several ASX-listed companies, with experience across governance, capital markets, listings, M&A and capital raisings in the resources sector. He is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce.
